Delete Your Moonlit Crystal Account and Data

You may request permanent deletion of your Moonlit Crystal account and the account-associated data that we control.

Important: Account deletion is permanent. Deleting your account may remove access to cloud-saved diamond art projects, painting progress, completed artwork, preferences, and other account-linked App data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion in either of the following ways:

In Moonlit Crystal, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and Data.
Email us using the button below. Please use the Google email address associated with your Moonlit Crystal account.

Include the Google email address you used to sign in to Moonlit Crystal. We may ask for reasonable information to verify account ownership before completing the deletion request.

Do not send your Google password, payment-card details, or other sensitive information by email.

Data We Delete

After we verify and process your request, we will permanently delete or anonymize account-related data that we control, where applicable, including:

Your Moonlit Crystal account and App-specific account identifier
Google Sign-In information stored by us, such as your email address or display name
Cloud-saved diamond art projects, painting progress, completed artwork, settings, and preferences
Cloud-save metadata associated with your account
Account-linked content stored by or for Moonlit Crystal
Account-linked "Remove Ads" entitlement information, where applicable
Other personal information connected to your Moonlit Crystal account that we control

Deleting your account permanently removes cloud-save data that we control and prevents us from restoring deleted progress through Moonlit Crystal’s cloud-save feature.

Data Not Deleted by This Request

Deleting a Moonlit Crystal account does not delete:

Your Google Account
Payment details, purchase records, refunds, or transaction records independently held by Google Play
Data stored only on your device, unless you also remove it from your device
Information independently controlled by Google, Google AdMob, Google Play, or other third parties under their own privacy policies

If you purchased "Remove Ads" through Google Play, deleting your Moonlit Crystal account does not cancel, refund, or delete that Google Play purchase.

Limited Data We May Retain

We may retain only the minimum information necessary for legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements.

Any data retained after account deletion will be restricted to those purposes and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

Processing Time

We aim to complete verified account-deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons, we will contact you using the email address provided in your request.
